Who should attend?

  • Licensed technicians looking to extend their license with the RR250-C20B engine.
  • Mechanics wanting to gain additional information on RR250-C20B engines.
  • Prior experience with RR250-C20B engines is recommended.

Description

  • This one-week course, Part 147 approved, includes theoretical and practical training for line maintenance of the RR250 engine, model C20B.
  • Our courses are taught by experienced licensed engineers.
  • For practical training are sufficient demonstration objects as well as an engine available.

Certificate

  • The exams will be held in English.
  • In order to receive a certificate according to Part-147, the exam has to be taken without an interpreter.
  • If the exam has not been passed or has to be taken with an interpreter, only a certificate of participation can be issued

Absence Time

  • Theory and practical: No absence time allowed.
  • A Part-147 certificate can only be issued if the absences time has not been exceeded.

  • The DRF Luftrettung does not take any responsibility for whether a license entry by the responsible aviation authority can be issued on the basis of this course. We recommend that this is coordinated with your applicable authority prior to the the training course.

Joining requirements

  • Good English skills.
  • For the practical training, work clothes and safety shoes are mandatory and must be brought along.
  • The minimum number of participants is 4. If the minimum number is not reached, the course will not take place.
